Bronllys Castle - Castell Bronllys is originally a Norman motte and bailey castle built in the early twelfth century the remains of a mid-twelfth century keep rising some 80 feet dominates the site. It is located off the A438/A479 southeast of the village of Bronllys which lies northeast of Brecon, Powys, Wales (Welsh: Aberhonddu, Sir Powys, Cymru).
