My name is Andrea Broomfield. I’m a food historian embarking

on a new book, The Atlantic Celts: A Gastronomic Memoir from Ireland to Iberia. I will be travelling this summer in Cornwall, Wales, and Scotland. I will be in Cornwall for three weeks: June 1-June 8 in Truro, June 8-15 in Liskeard, and June 15-20 in Saltash.
