Knappogue Standing Stones and Knappogue Castle/Caisleán na Cnapoige

Knappogue Standing Stones - Three stones reaching to about eight feet in height. There is a fourth stone is about 200m northwest. They are located in a private field to the entrance to Knappogue Castle, next to the R469 which goes northwest from the R462 as you travel towards Quin (Irish: Cuinche) in County Clare, Ireland (Irish: Contae an Chláir, Éire). The site is between Ballyroughan and Knappogue.

Knappogue Castle/Caisleán na Cnapoige - This is a fifteenth century castle in County Clare and was the seat of the Mac Conmara family. It has been restored over the years and along with the walled garden the castle. It is located southeast of the village of Quin (Irish: Cuinche) in County Clare, Ireland (Irish: Contae an Chláir, Éire) and is off the R469 road. 

Knappogue Castle Irish Whiskey - is a brand of premium single malt Irish whiskey which is named for Knappogue Castle and produced by Castle Brands Inc. It has a number of different products it releases under the Knappogue brand name.
