Craggaunowen - The Living Past Open Air Museum

The Museum gives a number of archaeological examples of Neolithic, Bronze Age and Iron Age sites in an attractive park setting. It is open from April to September.

Getting there

Take the R462 east of Bunratty and go north to this site. It is located next to the sixteenth century Craggaunowen Castle to the southeast of Quinn in County Clare and off the R462 north from Ballymulcashel.
