Campaign for the Reunification of Brittany. Rally in Nantes on 27 September

The campaign for the reunification of Brittany continues with another rally in Nantes taking place on September 27.  As pointed out by the collective 44=Breizh this will be the third such demonstration called in Nantes in recent months, with the April 19th and June 28th protests attracting 10,000 and 15,000 people respectively. The Breton peoples demand for reunification will not go away as hoped for by the French government.  The objective is clear - reunification of Nantes and the Loire Atlantique with the rest of Brittany from which it was ruthlessly torn by the Vichy regime in 1941. It is not only about correcting an historical wrong. Reunification is also about looking forward and creating the best opportunity for future economic growth and development for all of the Breton people and those who have made their home in Brittany. September 27th – is a date to keep in your diary and prepare for.
